Deirdre Borrego is currently a strategic advisor within the automotive industry, leveraging her deep experience with data & analytics and Voice-of-the-Customer information to help businesses improve performance.
Most recently, Deirdre was SVP, Data & Analytics, for J.D. Power, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of J.D. Power's analytics business in the automotive, financial services and insurance industries (including the Power Information Network and NADA Guide lines of business).
Prior to that, Deirdre was VP and General Manager of J.D. Power’s U.S. automotive division, where she managed all aspects of the company's benchmark studies (such as CSI, SSI, IQS, and VDS) and analytics business for the automotive sector.
Before joining J.D. Power, Deirdre spent 15 years with R. L. Polk & Co., serving as VP of the Western region. There, she led client engagements across network planning, CRM/database management and parts and service marketing. Previously, she was with iMotors in San Francisco as a director of strategic partnerships.
