David Mingle

David Mingle is a proven senior executive and passionate customer experience (CX) strategist, leadership coach, and thought-leader with more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Before starting CXAdvisors Group in 2017, Dave served as Global Director of CX Strategy and Enterprise Experiences at General Motors.  ​During Dave's tenure, GM consistently led J.D. Power's sales and service satisfaction rankings in the US and regained the top spot in owner loyalty per IHS Markit.

Before GM, David held leadership positions at Nissan North America, Chrome Systems, and JATO Dynamics.  David is a founding member of the CEB/Gartner Customer Experience Council, an alumni of the Forrester CX Executive Council, and a member of CXPA.

Deirdre Borrego

Strategic Advisor

Deirdre Borrego is currently a strategic advisor within the automotive industry, leveraging her deep experience with data & analytics and Voice-of-the-Customer information to help businesses improve performance. 

Most recently, Deirdre was SVP, Data & Analytics, for J.D. Power, where she was responsible for managing all aspects of J.D. Power's analytics business in the automotive, financial services and insurance industries (including the Power Information Network and NADA Guide lines of business).

Prior to that, Deirdre was VP and General Manager of J.D. Power’s U.S. automotive division, where she managed all aspects of the company's benchmark studies (such as CSI, SSI, IQS, and VDS) and analytics business for the automotive sector.

Before joining J.D. Power, Deirdre spent 15 years with R. L. Polk & Co., serving as VP of the Western region. There, she led client engagements across network planning, CRM/database management and parts and service marketing.  Previously, she was with iMotors in San Francisco as a director of strategic partnerships.

Brad Smith

Brad is the Founder/President of Vector Business Navigation.  Founded in 2015 VectorBN, is a proven CX practitioner consulting provider, globally assisting brands with their customer centric-transformations. 


Prior to launching VectorBN, Brad has had the privilege of leading organizations in their customer centric transformations at Symantec, Yahoo! and Sage as their Global Architect/VP/EVP of CX.
